Brunch One Year Anniversary

From small beginnings, Brunch turned a year old on the first Sunday of the year!

Where did Brunch come from?

The original idea of Brunch came from the need to find a more relaxed environment. VRchat Users Sleep on Sunday, LaRegina, and Krey first formed the idea after leaving a previous event group. Fresh with ideas Brunch comes from the mind set of needing a place to recover after the busy Friday night and Saturday parties. Brunch is a mind set, never a location.

Where did the inspiration start?

During the launch of Veggies coffee, the group fell in love with a non-venue environment to bring people together! Taking the ideas of the local burning man art scene and combining the concepts of previous VR parties, brunch took the concepts of silent disco and the ability to travel anywhere virtually.

Where are we going from here?

Moving forward we would like to focus on expanding our IRL event Brunchcon! We will always be focused on community first as we grow. Our VR events will be taking us to new places with the inclusion of themed music to coincide with the current themed world hops.
